CORE VALUES

We are “The Name You Can Trust” and we will continue to be. Trust means a lot to us as a team and our core values are built around it. Those values are:

TRUST – You can trust that we will tell you the truth always and we expect the same in return. Trust is the fundamental item in building a successful team. Without trust we have nothing.

RELIABILITY – We all rely on each other for one reason or another. Some to weld or repair equipment, others to provide a paycheck on payday. We are committed to being reliable and putting our best foot forward to ensure this.

UNDERSTANDING – As a team we have well over 250 years' experience working for Charlton & Hill Welding. This means that we can do anything we put our combined minds too. We need work together to ensure we always have the best understanding. No question should go unasked or answered.

SAFETY – It has always been important to all of us. Our commitment to you is we will do everything possible to send you home in equal or better condition than you arrived at work.

TEAMWORK – This is what makes it all work. As a team we can conquer the greatest challenges, meet impossible deliveries, build state of the art equipment, and learn new skills from one another.
